Below are some of the questions that we frequently get asked. However, if the question is not covered or you are unsure about anything then please complete the ‘Have a Question?’ form.
What level of fitness do I need?
The starting point is to read the profile of the hike that you have chosen. If you have any concerns about your fitness after reading the hike page then you should telephone us before booking so that we can discuss the expectations for the day.
What do I need to bring?
Each of our hikes has a link to a specific kit list. You will also get an acknowledgment email within 48 hours of booking containing a link to the kit list.
You must have all mandatory items. If you do not, then you may not be able to participate in the event. If you don’t own a mandatory item then it may be possible for us to put you in contact with an organisation so that you may be able to hire it. Just get in touch with us.
Do you run events for charities?
We run bespoke events for charities who wish to establish challenges in and around Snowdonia – see our charities page (link).
We also help groups of individuals plan their own bespoke charitable events. Find out more information here.
Do you run team building events?
We run a selection of events that are suitable for employers looking for a ‘team building event’. We run both bespoke events or pre-packaged hikes/weekends. We have experience working with both small and large employers.
Where can I stay?
There are many accommodation options in Snowdonia. We would be very happy to make recommendations for you based on your requirements. Please contact us.
You might be interest in renting a cottage that sleeps four (1x double and two singles). Please see our Mountain Cottage (link to page).
